Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. When your item ships, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Shipping & Handling

Pre-order items may take approximately 30–60 BUSINESS days to ship, unless otherwise specified. These timeframes do not include weekends or holidays and are estimates only.

Items designated as IN-STOCK typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, shipping times may vary due to demand, production schedules, carrier delays, inventory availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for carrier delays, production delays, inventory shortages, or delivery issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Due to high demand, orders are processed in the sequence they are received. In rare cases, inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly with available options.

We ship domestically within the USA via USPS, FedEx, or other major carriers. International orders may be shipped via DHL or other international carriers.

Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific locations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. Receipt of an Order Confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance.

Acceptance occurs only when we send you a Shipping Confirmation email. A binding agreement is formed solely upon shipment confirmation and applies only to the items confirmed as shipped.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, limit, or refuse any order prior to shipment, including after payment has been processed. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. We may also request additional verification of information before processing or shipping any order.

Shipping Risk & Claims

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Limited Releases & Pre-Orders

Certain products are offered in limited quantities (“Limited Releases”). Due to the exclusive nature of these items, once an order is placed, changes to size, address, or other order details may not be permitted.

Pre-order items ship within the estimated timeframe stated at the time of purchase. These timeframes are projections and may be adjusted based on production or supply conditions.

All Limited Release and Pre-Order items are considered final sale. Returns, exchanges, modifications, or cancellations are not permitted for these items.
